Michael J. Goldstein is a Partner at Goldstein Cheung LLP.  Admitted to the New York bar in 2010, Mr. Goldstein practices immigration law, with a focus on academic and business issues, specifically in professional, investor/entrepreneur, extraordinary nonimmigrant, and immigrant petitions. Additionally, he frequently works on family-based green card matters.

He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), NAFSA-Association of International Educators, New York State Bar Association, among other organizations.  Mr. Goldstein is a frequent speaker, presenter, and moderator on immigration law topics in the community, at professional conferences, and at college and university campuses throughout the NY/NJ metropolitan area.

Mr. Goldstein earned his law degree from New England Law|Boston, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Washington University in St. Louis.
