Biography

Since graduating from law school in 2002, Michael has represented clients in connection with various civil and administrative proceedings, including, but not limited to, those involving workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accidents, business disputes, real estate and family law matters. Michael’s primary focus in any case is to position his client to negotiate a reasonable resolution of legal disputes, and, if a reasonable resolution cannot be reached, to prevail at hearing or trial. Michael has presented at various seminars on the topics of workers’ compensation, Medicare Set-Aside issues and motor vehicle accident litigation.

Michael’s primary focus in any divorce case is to position his client to negotiate a reasonable resolution of legal disputes, and, if a reasonable resolution cannot be reached, to prevail at hearing or trial.
