In the past two years, Mike has obtained more than $34,000,000 in verdicts and settlements in a variety of cases, including trucking collisions, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and other personal injury matters. In 2017, Mike was named among the Chicago Law Bulletin’s top “40 Under 40” and named one of Leading Lawyers “Emerging Lawyers” of 2017. 

Because of his expertise, Mike is also a sought-after speaker, college-level legal teacher and guest lecturer. He serves as a member of the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Tort Litigation Committee. He also serves on the Illinois Trial Lawyer Association's Board of Advocates.

Mike is the husband of Katie Fitzpatrick Sorich and the proud father of three children: Ryan, Courtney, and Patrick.
