Weltman & Moskowitz, LLP has offices in New York, New Jersey andLong Island, but represents its bank and credit union clients in thebankruptcy courts of all 50 states.
I am admitted to practice in the State of New York since 1982 and am admitted to practice in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the United States District Courts (which includes bankruptcy courts) for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York.
I live on Long Island. My wife, a law school professor, and I have two teenage daughters and I enjoy tennis anf golf.
