Michael A. Licatesi has been with The Licatesi Law Group for four years. He is a tenacious litigator with valuable courtroom experience in personal injury as well as no-fault medical collections through arbitrations and civil litigation. New York personal injury attorney Michael Licatesi has dedicated his career to the representation of accident victims sustaining serious injuries in automobile accidents, slip and falls, construction accidents, and medical negligence. Mr. Licatesi is a graduate of Maurice A. Deane, School of Law at Hofstra University and the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s of Science (Dean’s List), majoring in Risk Management/Real Estate and a concentration in Finance. At Hofstra, he received the legal scholars award and public service award. Michael began his career there litigating on behalf of Pro bono clients in special immigrant juvenile matters and child maltreatment cases involving physical and sexual abuse, educational neglect, abandonment and inadequate supervision. He successfully argued several civil mock trials before Nassau County Justices and respected trial lawyers. Prior to becoming an attorney, Michael worked in commercial real estate closing over $32,000,000 in real estate transactions.

He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member in good standing in the New York State Courts.
