I am a Certified Arbitratior by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and former Arbitrator with the National Association of Securities Dealers (formerly NASD, n/k/a FINRA

My practice encompasses all areas of family law including divorce, property division, characterization of assets, tracing of separate property, valuation and reimbursement claims.  I handle property cases involving closely held businesses, prepare premarital and post marital property agreements and have the experience and knowledge to be an impartial arbitrator for family law arbitrations.  I have significant trial experience in all counties in the Dallas and Fort Worht Metroplex including Dallas, Collin, Rockwall, Denton and Tarrant Counties.  I have also handle cases in other parts of Texas including the Houston, San Antonio and Kerrville, Texas areas.  I also have experience in handlilng family law related issues that arise in Probate Courts.
