Michael P. Misch received his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, and his undergraduate degree in finance from Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business.

Mike practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice, personal injury, commercial/corporate litigation, and employment litigation. Mike also represents whistle blowers in cases involving defense contractors and Medicare and Medicaid fraud. Mike is admitted to practice in the states of Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of  Illinois, and the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan. Mike is a member of the American, Indiana State, Illinois State, Michigan State, and St. Joseph County Bar Associations (Chair, Young Lawyers Committee). He is also a member of the Robert A. Grant American Inn of Court.
