I am a well rounded lawyer with a unique professional history.  I represent developers of some of the world's finest resort projects around the globe, and also practice law locally in Colorado.  I limit my practice to Federal cases in Colorado - primarily Immigration, both affirmative and defense of removal; Bankruptcy, primarily consumer; and White Collar criminal cases.  This also includes consultation with clients in need of Title IX defense throughout the country. I am driven to help my clients navigate our complex legal system and motivated by my faith in God, our Justice System, and the firm belief in that people of all backgrounds deserve to be judged by their very best qualities.
