Michael P. Robertson is a partner at Reilly Pozner LLP.

His litigation and trial practice is based in Denver, Colorado but serves clients nationally in complex civil and commercial litigation, business disputes, fiduciary litigation, banking litigation, and accountant malpractice. He has litigated complex cases in state and federal courts across the U.S. Michael worked for a prominent Fortune 500 accounting firm prior to attending law school, providing him an in-depth understanding of the accounting and financial aspects of commercial litigation.

Michael P. Robertson is highly-skilled in litigation, including the management of document-heavy discovery, overseeing trial and appellate strategies, and working closely with corporate clients and case experts. He enjoys the deeply technical side of litigation that often involves corporate finance, banking and tax law. His client base consists of a wide and diverse spectrum of corporations, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 oil and gas companies, as well as the Denver Broncos Football Club.

Michael has been named to the Rising Stars list published nationally by Colorado Super Lawyers Magazine since 2016.  He was appointed to the University of Miami School of Law Young Alumni Committee in 2015 and earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Achievement Award.
