Family law must be practiced aggressively but also with compassion, empathy, character, and an understanding of the big picture as to how the actions of the parties may affect not only their future but also the future of their children.  The experience and competence of counsel reveals itself through the understanding of this concept.  Knowing when and how to work collaboratively to settle a case is as important as knowing when to recommend and prepare for trial.  I work with my clients to provide them with insight and valuable insight so that they are able to consistently make intelligent and informed decisions while at the same time understanding the consequences of those choices.  My success is ultimately measured by the number and quality of the referrals that I receive.
