Michael Asatourian is the principal attorney of Asatourian Law. He has represented landlords in hundreds of heavily contested evictions throughout California. As an experienced attorney, licensed real estate agent, and landlord, in addition to counseling clients on the legal aspects of their matters, he is also able to provide them a business perspective that helps them better determine how to proceed. Michael also has experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition/dispositions and leasing of commercial properties. 

Michael graduated cum laude with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in real estate finance from California State University, Fullerton, and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School – Los Angeles. 

Michael is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, actively participates on the Executive Committee for the Real Estate Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and sits on the Board of Directors for CARE – Multicultural Healing, a nonprofit organization.
