Michael S. Levandoski practices extensively in all areas of real estate.  As a Licensed Title Agent, Michael has guided numerous buyers and sellers through the real estate closing process.  He understands that the tall stack of closing documents can be daunting, and he uses his knowledge to educate clients so they understand what they are signing and why. 

In addition to residential closings, Michael advises and guides clients with real estate matters relating to landlord/tenant issues, homeowners and condominium associations, boundary disputes, and other real estate litigation.

Estate Planning is another area where Michael assists clients as he drafts wills, powers of attorney, medical directives, trusts and similar documents.  He also has a great deal of experience guiding families with guardianship proceedings.

Michael also assists clients with business law matters including the formation and representation of corporations, limited liability companies, and non-profit organizations.  When necessary, Michael serves as a litigator and has represented clients in real estate, contract, and personal injury cases.

Residing with his family in Pleasant Gap, Michael is an active member of the community serving with several groups and committees at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Bellefonte as well as several local neighborhood groups.
