Biography

Michael T. Dwan is the principal at the Law Office of Michael T. Dwan. Mr. Dwan oversees Real Estate, Estate Planning, Estate Litigation and Criminal Defense departments for the law firm. Mr. Dwan is one of the top trial lawyers in Erie County.

Mr. Dwan is the son of longtime Judge and trial attorney Timothy J. Dwan.

Mr. Dwan received his undergraduate degree from Niagara University, and received his J.D. from the University of Buffalo Law School. He has also served as an adjunct criminal justice professor at Erie Community College and is frequently asked to be a guest lecturer at the University of Buffalo.
