Attorney Mastrianni grew up in Plainville and has spent his entire career practicing law in Plainville. He presently serves as the Town Attorney for the Town of Plainville. Prior to establishing Mastrianni and Seguljic, he managed his own law practice in Plainville. For eight years prior, he was a partner at the law firm of Famiglietti, Thompson, Vollono & Mastrianni in Plainville. He worked for five years as an associate in the Plainville practice of Koskoff, McMahon & Condon. He is a graduate of Plainville High School and received his law degree from the University of Bridgeport School of Law where he was selected as a member of the University’s National Moot Court Board, worked in the Legal Aid Society and was chosen to be a Student Bar Association representative. Mr. Mastrianni also interned as an Assistant to the Prosecutor in the Bridgeport State’s Attorneys Office. He received his undergraduate degree from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut.
His extensive experience as an arbitrator and court-appointed special master has allowed him to be more effective both as an advocate and as a problem solver in helping clients find innovative, economical resolutions of their personal disputes.
Attorney Mastrianni is also the Town Attorney for the Town of Plainville. As Town Attorney, he is involved in all aspects of town government and provides advice regarding issues faced by the Town, including zoning issues, personnel matters, tax appeals, collections, charter revisions and potential Town liability issues.
