Biography

Michaela has been involved in family law for more than eight years, and has been a practicing attorney in the family law area at Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor for more than a year. While her focus lies in complicated custody issues, she is familiar with all aspects of divorce and family law. She has been successful in custody issues representing both fathers and mothers. While she does not shy away from the court room, she is also realistic with her clients and is not going to run up an unecessary bill on cases that are better handled in mediation rather than a court room battle.
