I'm a CA-licensed, Phoenix-based lawyer that loves working with entrepreneurs, startups, and small-medium sized businesses. My specialties are: 1) entity formation; and 2) drafting, reviewing and negotiating all manner of different contracts. As outside general counsel to a variety of companies, I also handle a range of other legal needs for my clients and their businesses.

Having spent 4-years as General Counsel and Vice President of an explosive high-tech manufacturing startup, I'm highly focused on meeting the specific needs of businesses, not JUST providing legal answers.
