Biography

Michele M. Haaseth is the principal of Haaseth Law and has over 17 years of legal experience. She has proven to be a zealous advocate for all of her clients both in and out of court. With her extensive legal knowledge and significant practical experience, Ms. Haaseth helps her clients understand their options so they can make an informed decision. Ms. Haaseth is an accomplished litigator having successfully litigated hundreds of cases representing clients in a broad array of disputed matters including personal injury/automobile accidents, family law, dependency, debt collection, foreclosure, unlawful detainer (eviction), real estate, insurance defense, and insurance coverage. In addition, she has extensive experience with bankruptcy, bad faith exposure/claims, elder law, estate planning, and probate. Ms. Haaseth is well versed in multiple areas of dispute resolution including all Washington state courts, United States District Courts, as well as, alternative methods including mediation or arbitration.
