I have been a probate practitioner for over 20 years, focusing on special needs planning and elder law issues. I am also the mother of four children, two of which have special needs, which makes me particularly passionate about advocating for my clients. I am the ex-officio Chair of the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section of the State Bar of Michigan, co-author of "Special Needs Trusts: Protecting your Child's Financial Future," "Administering the California Special Needs Trust," and "Finding Grace."
