Michelle Claire Power is a family and estate attorney at The Charleston Firm in West Chester, Pa., who is committed to working with clients to get the best possible outcome in each case. Whether it is a family law matter or an estate matter, Michelle works to ensure the rights and needs of the clients are covered. 

Michelle is a happy warrior: dedicated, insightful and a pleasure to work with for clients facing the strive of family and divorce matters. She has an intense work ethic and confidence that has allowed her to build, maintain and enhance working relationships; excel individually and within a team setting; and thirst for winning that is balance by a strong set of morals.

Michelle studied psychology at the University of Delaware where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in 2010 and later earned her juris doctor at Widener University School of Law where she became involved in the American Bar Association Committee and Women in the Profession.

Her legal experience began at the Law Office of James I. Devine in Norristown. There, she gained first-hand knowledge of the legal system before interning at the Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs where she conducted legal research as a law student. Most recently, Michelle lead a family law team at a firm in the center of West Chester. She is estatic to bring her knowledge and assistance to The Charleston Firm.

This variety of experience helps her work with clients on a daily basis and allows her to see what they can face when tackling legal problems. She understands the struggles people face in everyday life, and she is compassionate about their circumstances.
