In 2005, I founded Equinox Business Law Group, a law firm that provides outside General Counsel services to closely held businesses.  The vision is to break down the many barriers that keep businesses from leveraging the value of good corporate counsel and create an environment where we engage regularly with clients to proactively grow their businesses.
