I represent a variety of small and medium-sized business owners in various industries including automotive, renewable energy, healthcare, hospitality, engineering and consulting, and manufacturing, and others. In addition to my legal experience, I have served as an executive for a publicly traded utility company, leading their wind energy division and serving as the chief procurement officer. My diverse business experience includes project planning and development, project acquisition and due diligence, procurement, consulting, and operations.
