Michelle is President of her own law firm, Parker Law Firm, P.A. Through her firm, Michelle is dedicated to helping the underserved and underrepresented. Her passion is to fight for a world in which we can all truly be treated equal. Michelle is also an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University - Shepard Broad Law Center where she teaches for the NSU Master's in Science Employment Law Program. 

Michelle attended law school at Nova Southeastern University - Shepard Broad Law Center. While attending law school, Michelle was a writer on the International Citator and Research Guide. The International Citator and Research Guide is a unique organization to Nova Southeastern University that is in the midst of preparing the international equivalent of the Bluebook. During law school Michelle also interned at Legal Aid Service of Broward County where she had the opportunity to draft advance directives for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. 

Michelle is a member of The Florida Bar and licensed to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida; United States District Court, Southern District of Florida; and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
