The Law Office of Michelle R. Siebenaler provides Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law services. My goal is to assist clients through the process of Estate Planning, Probate, and/or Medicaid Planning in a clear, methodical, and compassionate way. I take the time to listen to my client's questions and concerns, to ensure each estate plan is detailed and customized to the client's specific needs. I enjoy getting to know each of my clients, and never want a client to feel rushed or intimidated by the legal process.

I offer affordable flat fee rates for Estate Planning, and affordable hourly rates for Probate and Medicaid Planning Services. I am also willing to travel to the client locally, if this is more convenient than meeting at an office location.
