Michelle Dauksha focuses her practice on domestic law matters, including:  divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence issues. She is a former attorney at Hope Works of Howard County and was a Judicial Intern to Judge Timothy J. McCrone of the Circuit Court for Howard County.  She has great insight into the judiciary and the Court policies. She has won several cases to include very difficult custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence cases. Michelle and the Mulinazzi Law Office is committed to remaining focused on each client's best interest and their long-term goals.  With the help of Michelle and the entire legal team and the Mulinazzi Law Office, the Office was awarded the 2019 Pro Bono Resource Center’s Law Office of the Year.  

Michelle was recently recognized as a Super Lawyers' Rising Star.

Michelle is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Howard County Bar Association, and Howard County Women's Bar Association.
