Throughout Southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts, Miguel A. Nieves has a reputation for helping people facing domestic relations issues. He has successfully and compassionately guided clients through all aspects of the divorce process as well as post-divorce issues. 

Mr. Nieves uses patience and practicality when devising a strategy to meet the goals of those he represents. His client-focused approach and ability to generate results are the reason he holds the highest peer rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell as well as an Lawyergist "Superb" rating. 

These accolades are rooted in Mr. Nieves' experience and education. In 1997, he received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and political science from The University of New Hampshire. He then graduated from New England Law | Boston in 2000 with a Juris Doctor. While there, Mr. Nieves was a member of the school's law review and served as a case and notes editor. 

After admission to practice law in Massachusetts in 2001, Mr. Nieves got to work representing clients in domestic relations issues as well as immigration matters. He joined associations such as the Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys and the Massachusetts Bar Association to gain access to further tools and resources to assist him in his work. 

Mr. Nieves has taken cases to bench and jury trials, but is also adept at handling matters outside the courtroom. His is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire.
