He is licensed to practice law in California (since 2009) and in Arizona (since 2010).

Miguel has closed numerous commercial transactions that have served as the foundation for entrepreneurial businesses and upstart business owners.  As a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Miguel routinely counsels individuals and entities through acquisition, leasing and sale of commercial, residential and investment properties.  He also has extensive experience representing real estate professionals (brokers and salespersons), banks and corresponding lenders, title companies, trustees and loan servicers in transactional and litigation matters.
