Attorney Milda Goeriz practices exclusively estate planning and tax. She helps clients with wills and living trusts, complex trust planning, wealth protection strategies, special needs planning, business succession, and international estate planning. Milda Goeriz also assists clients with various federal and state tax problems: audits, back taxes, past due tax returns, and tax collections. 

Education

Milda is graduate of the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, CA. After narrowng her practice to estate planning and tax, Milda also earned a specialty tax law degree Masters of Laws in Taxation (L.L.M.) from the University of San Diego, one of the highest ranked tax law programs in the United States. In addition, she holds a qualifiying professional degree in International and European Union Law from Vilinius University School of Law  in Europe.
