Mindy L. Hitchcock has practiced law in Michigan for over 37 years. Using her extensive background in communication, she couples these skills with her legal expertise to achieve remarkable results for her clients. Mindy has written columns for local newspapers in the areas of family law and personal development, and she has also created unique programs to meet her clients' needs, such as the Family Transition Plan and the No Parent Left Behind Plan, aimed at reducing client’s costs and hours spent in court. The goal in each case was to create a product that would address all of her clients' needs in the most cost-effective, low-stress way possible. Drawing from her own experience, a lifetime study of spiritual philosophies and teachings, and a deep caring for the planet and the people who live on it, Mindy offers a pragmatic yet loving approach to help people through some of the most difficult times of their lives with skill and compassion. Mindy says, "I believe we teach what we need to learn, and by helping others, we ultimately help ourselves." Like most people, the wisdom she has gained through the years came from her own challenges, including as a child of divorce and from her own divorce after 23 years of marriage. That is why she can honestly tell her clients that from the worst experiences of our lives come the best experiences if we are open to the lessons they hold.  All endings are also beginnings, we just don't know it at the time.
