Misty Borland Phiffer is an experienced personal injury and wrongful death litigation attorney. She focused the past 23 years on fighting for the rights of hurt people and their families. Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Misty chose to return to Midland following her graduation from Baylor Law School in 1994.
She immediately began work as a personal injury attorney specializing in large personal injury and death cases, including those arising from trucking and car wrecks and industrial and oilfield injuries. In July of 2017 Misty chose to open her own firm focusing solely upon helping those who have been hurt by someone else’s poor choices. Misty continues to live in Midland, Texas with her husband Devin Phiffer and their kids, Ashley, (who is now married and has gifted her with grandbabies), Jake and Bailey and two foster daughters who are children of her heart, Raina and Kelyn.
