Kemp concentrates his practice in the areas of estates and trusts, civil litigation, and guardianships. He enjoys meeting with clients and assisting them in the preparation of their wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Additionally, Kemp has experience in fiduciary litigation, having handled numerous lawsuits involving wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and guardianships.

Kemp is a Magnolia State native, born in Meridian, Mississippi. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi, with highest honors, obtaining a Bachelors of Business Administration in Managerial Finance and Investments. After graduating from Ole Miss, Kemp moved to North Carolina to attend Wake Forest University Law School, before finding home in Smithfield.
