Relentless, aggressive and respected civil litigator focused on serving employees and individuals.  I have handled national and regional large scale wage and hour class and collective action cases related to overtime and minimum wage violations, settling numerous for millions of dollars for thousands and thosands of employees.   My primary focus is wage and hours, minimum wage and overtime wage violations on a statewide and national scale.  I am admitted in Georgia and Florida, and federal courts in other states.  

I handle personal injury cases, as well as employment law cases. I spent 14 years representing insurance companies in workers compensation, medical malpractice and personal injuries claims before becoming a plaintiff practicioner.  I have continually handled workers' compensation cases since 1996 to the present.

My most recent trial was a victory with co-counsel in Federal District Court for 8 servers of a restaurant related to the restaurant operating an unlawful tip pool, and violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and Florida Minimum Wage Act.  After 5 days, the jury awarded Plaintiffs full damages plus attorney's fees.

I have experience in trials involving auto accidents, personal injuries, employment contracts, wage violations, workers compensation, whistleblower and breach of contact and non-compete agreements.
