Mitchell (Mick) Musial is a registered patent attorney, licensed to practice in the state of Michigan, Admitted before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and in patent cases before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mitchell Prior to entering private practice, Mitchell Musial was in-house counsel at Eaton Corporation where he was responsible for Eaton’s research division. Prior to his position at Eaton, Mitchell was a patent attorney at Energy Conversion Devices. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Juris Doctorate, and a Master's of Laws in Corporate and Finance Law.
