Biography
Moises Morales maintains a litigation practice with an emphasis on personal injury and commercial litigation. Mr. Morales has also represented clients in real estate transactions, construction contracts, and business formation.
Mr. Morales grew up in rural west Texas and attended Fort Hancock High School. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Sul Ross State University. After college, Mr. Morales worked as the chief of staff for a local district attorney. Two years later, Moises moved to Austin, where he worked for a state representative during the 82nd Legislative Session at the Texas Capitol. After this legislative experience, Mr. Morales moved to Houston, Texas to attend law school. He graduated in May 2015 from the University of Houston Law Center with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. During his law school career, Mr. Morales was the Chief Notes and Comments Editor of the Houston Business & Tax Journal.
Prior to joining Kherkher Garcia, Mr. Morales gained valuable legal experience working as a law clerk for a Federal Court, State Court, a Fortune 500 Company, and several Houston civil litigation law firms.
