Monica Moncrieffe is a graduate of Howard University School of Law (Juris Doctor, 2001)  and Tuskegee University (B.A., Psychology,1998, magna cum laude). She has always been passionate about justice and advocating for the rights of others.  Attorney Moncrieffe strongly believes in the importance of education and opportunity.  Those beliefs are reflected in her choice of practice areas.  

In addition to working as an owner and attorney at The Moncrieffe Law Firm, Attorney Moncrieffe works as the owner and mediator at Raleigh Mediation, LLC ().  Through her mediation practice, Attorney Moncrieffe is able to help families and businesses resolve private matters in a discreet and cost-effective manner.  Attorney Moncrieffe also serves as a community volunteer, giving her time to the Wake County Guardian ad Litem Program, the North Carolina Fatherhood Development Initiative, and the North Carolina State Office of Human Resources mediation program. 

Attorney Moncrieffe lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband of 12 years and their two sons.
