Monica is an experienced family lawyer, practicing both traditional litigation and collaborative law. She began her career in civil litigation and tax controversy. Since 2015, Ms. Stallings has focused exclusively on family law. She serves clients in a wide range of matters, including but not limited to divorce, custody and visitation, collaborative law, child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, modifications and enforcements of prior orders, and protective orders.

Monica serves her clients with empathy and integrity, as well as creative, collaborative, and thoughtful advocacy.

Monica is very active in the legal community. She is on the Board of Directors of the King County Washington Women Lawyers. Back in Austin, she was on the Board of Directors for the Travis County Women Lawyers Foundation, Board of Directors of the Austin Young Lawyers Association (AYLA), and was a member of the Robert W. Calvert Inn of Court.
