Monica E. Lukoschek is a partner at U.S. Immigration Law Group, LLP. As a first-generation American, she has personal experience with the immigration system, which is why she decided to become an immigration lawyer. Since earning her law degree, she has co-founded a law firm, served as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Orange County Bar Association Immigration Section, served as President of the Board of the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association, and presented at several educational seminars. Currently, she focuses on obtaining work visas (e.g. E-2, H-1B, and L-1) for her clients, as well as assisting employers with the Labor Certification (PERM) process and I-9 compliance. She has advised international entrepreneurs and companies of all sizes regarding employment-based immigration and visa processing
