Attorney Moonazza “Mona” Naqvi is a passionate and experienced family law attorney at the Cullen Family Law Group, a firm recognized by Super Lawyers® for excellence in family law. As an active member of the State Bar of California, Attorney Naqvi has been practicing family law since 2009, focusing exclusively on cases involving divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.

Attorney Naqvi is known for her strong advocacy skills and commitment to her clients, approaching each case with thoughtful strategy and compassionate representation. She has a unique passion for children’s welfare, having taught meditation to elementary school students for over nine years, including during the COVID-19 pandemic via Zoom.

Her legal career includes a landmark case where she secured legal parentage for three parents in Orange County, a groundbreaking achievement that earned her the Patricia Herzog Pro Bono Service Award from The Legal Aid Society of Orange County in 2015.

Attorney Naqvi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and holds both a Juris Doctor and an LL.M. in Taxation from Chapman University School of Law. Her background in psychology and taxation provides a well-rounded approach to handling both the emotional and financial complexities of family law cases.
