Morgan Giles joined his father James A. Giles in the practice of law in November of 2011.  Morgan and his wife, Alysse, now own the firm.   Morgan handles the firm's Real Estate, Criminal, Probate, Business, Estate Planning and Personal Injury cases.  Alysse handles the firm's Civil Litagation and Family Law.  

Morgan graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and earned his law degree from The Capital University Law School where he graduated with magna cum laude honors. While at Capital, he was an active member of the Law Review and is the author of a note published in the fall 2011 edition of the Capital University Law Review titled "A Call to Action: Expanding Public Access to Ohio's Navigable Rivers and Streams." This note challenges Ohio's current stream access law and calls for more access to these waterways for Ohio's Sportsmen.

 Morgan is a licensed Title Insurance Agent and serves as Counsel for ACS Title and Closing Services of Knox County.

In his free time, Morgan spends time with his friends and family and enjoys outdoor recreation, especially skiing.
