Morgen J. Weeks, Esq. is an associate at Fabian VanCott with a practice focusing on business, tax and estate planning matters. Morgen earned his law degree from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he was exposed to a variety of legal experiences representing start-ups in the law school's entrepreneurship clinic, spending time taking business courses at the Marriott School of Management in conjunction with law courses to learn the business considerations underlying the law, and interning with the Securities and Exchange Commission and in-house with Adobe's corporate and securities legal group. 

Morgen is bullish on blockchain technology and its many possible applications. He is currently advising clients on blockchain issues, cryptocurrency tax issues, and nonprofit tax exemption issues.
