Mounia advises individuals, businesses and investors on a wide range of immigration matters. She handles both immigrant visas such as EB-1 and non-immigrant visas including E-2. She also has a robust background in family-based immigration, removal defense, naturalization and citizenship, corporate law and family law.

Mounia Elarar completed her undergraduate studies in Economics and Political Science at Stonehill College in 2016. She received her Juris Doctor from Rogers Williams University, School of Law in 2019. She also received her Masters of Science in Cybersecurity in 2019. 

Upon graduating from law school, Mounia clerked for the Honorable Sohail Mohammed, Judge of Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division in 2019-2020. Following her clerkship, Mounia Elarar founded Mounia Elarar Law, LLC in 2020.
