I have worked as a staff attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustee and was previously in a business partnership with a Chapter 7 Trustee- my focus now is 100% consumer bankruptcy representation in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.

Because the decision to pursue a bankruptcy is not always easy, I offer consultations with no up front cost.  In the event you decide to proceed, the fee for the service is included in the total fee quote provided at the first appointment.  If you decide on a different path, there is no cost for the consultation.  I make it a goal to be very clear and open every step of the way to make the process as smooth as possible.

Outside of the office, I love to enjoy the beautiful state of Colorado hiking, gardening, and spending time with my dogs!
