Naomi Chung has a record of vigorously defending her clients, getting charges dismissed, and achieving the most favorable outcome for her clients.

Ms. Chung graduated from The University of Chicago Law School and has served as defense counsel in countless federal and state criminal cases.  She has defended individual and organizational clients against a wide range of criminal matters, such as complex white-collar crimes, multi-defendant drug conspiracies, cyber crime, and violent crimes.  Ms. Chung has also helped students and faculty accused of sexual violence and harassment at universities and colleges nationwide (Title IX investigations).  Her advocacy has been featured in publications such as NBC, Washington Post, Huffington Post, and Law 360.

Ms. Chung is also member of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel for the Northern District of California.
