Ms. Miller is a California licensed attorney experienced in both Trusts and Estates and Business Law. Previously, Ms. Miller has practiced in Personal Injury/Catastrophic Injury/Wrongful Death litigation practice. 

Ms. Miller's experience in Estate Planning began when interning for Judge Aaron Persky in Probate Court - Superior Court of Santa Clara County. She has extensive experience in planning and drafting comprehensive estate plans. Bringing extensive litigation experience to her Estate Planning practice proves to be beneficial in the contingency planning of an Estate Plan. 

Ms. Miller also has a dedicated passion for Animal Law being the founding member and co-president of the Animal Law Society at Santa Clara Univesity School of Law. She incorporates this practice into each of her Estate Plans by utilizing a Pet Sub Trust.
