Natalie's practice consists of estate planning, real estate law, drafting and negotiating employment contracts as well as general contract negotiations, dispute resolution, establishing and maintaining corporations, LLCs and other business entities, representing clients in both restructuring and mergers, advising on regulatory compliance for her clients, providing guidance and legal support for her business clients' day-to-day operations, as well as trademark and copyright protection.

Prior to making Oregon her home, Natalie practiced as a business transactional attorney in NYC for a number of years. She worked in the investment banking division of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., and in the legal department of Credit Suisse, N.A., where she drafted and negotiated institutional-level commercial loan agreements, and a wide range of derivative trading agreements for prime brokerage and other corporate clients. Natalie also practiced in the Synthetic Equities Group of "white shoe" firm Davis Polk and Wardwell LLP, where she represented prestigious hedge funds with their restructuring needs, drafted and negotiated prime brokerage client contracts and business transactional agreements for hedge fund and investment banking corporate clients.

Natalie is admitted to the Oregon Bar, Washington Bar, New York Bar and the Bar Association for the District of Columbia.
