Biography

Nathan Huff practices in the areas of litigation and insurance and reinsurance, with a focus on complex insurance coverage matters. Additionally, as a former federal prosecutor, Mr. Huff practices in the area of white collar defense and governmental investigations, where he assists clients in preventing and responding to government enforcement actions.

Mr. Huff is a major in the U.S. Army Reserve and has been called upon to investigate and prosecute the military's most high-profile criminal cases. Prior to joining Phelps Dunbar, Mr. Huff served as a prosecutor in the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
