Mr. Kelvy is an experienced business litigation attorney who has achieved a high level of success in representing clients in breach of contract and other commercial litigation. He has extensive trial experience, acting as lead counsel in numerous cases. In addition to practicing in federal and state courts, Mr. Kelvy also represents clients in commercial arbitration proceedings. His areas of expertise include trade secret litigation, breach of non-compete agreements, unfair competition, and other restrictive covenants. Mr. Kelvy received his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the First Amendment Law Review and worked as a Judicial Extern for the North Carolina Superior Court.
