Bodewell Legal Group's founder Nathan “Nate” VanDerVeer established Bodewell to be a resource for individuals and families seeking legal guidance and representation. He specializes in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, defective consumer projects, automotive products, and dangerous medical drugs and devices.

Throughout his career, Nate has successfully handled thousands of cases in state and federal courts across the United States and has achieved numerous favorable jury verdicts on behalf of his clients.

Nate graduated cum laude from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Following his undergraduate studies, Nate graduated from Mississippi College School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and President of Mississippi Trial Lawyers, Student Division. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Nate lives with his wife and children in Birmingham, Alabama.
