Biography

As the founding member of Whitehouse Law, PLLC, Mr. Whitehouse represents existing and startup companies in:

- financing and securities work;

- mergers & acquisitions;

- intellectual property registration, licensing and disputes;

- investment structuring;

- commercial agreements, contracts and general business work.

Mr. Whitehouse's practice is focused in internet, consumer goods, and branding. He has particular experience as an entrepreneur in the spirits and high technology industries. He has also worked for large law firms and the investment bank Goldman Sachs.
