Biography
I thoroughly enjoy the practice of law, and I am fine if that makes me sound like a nerd. It would be great if our lives arrived in tidy little boxes, but that's not usually the case. Problems arise, whether because of personality conflicts, difficult situations, or simply things that are unexpected. With respect to estate planning, I enjoy working with clients to plan for the expected an unexpected, and to help them have some peace of mind. Wtih respect to things that are unplanned (and perhaps somewhat messier), I enjoy working with my clients to identify the problems, evaluate the potential solutions, and work with them toward some constructive resolution.
