Nathanael Buczek is a Criminal and Family Law Attorney practicing in Northern Virginia.  He graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelors in Psychology and Philosophy in 2009.  Mr. Buczek graduated the University of Toledo College of Law in 2012, Cum Laude, with a certificate of concentration in Criminal Law.  

Mr. Buczek has worked, with a third-year practice certificate, as a Prosecutor for the City of Toledo in Ohio and for Stafford County, VA.  Upon graduating, Mr. Buczek began working as private counsel handling cases involving Criminal Defense and Family Law.  Mr. Buczek also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for children in need of representation.  

In his time in private practice, Mr. Buczek has handled a wide variety of Criminal matters ranging from basic Traffic Offenses, DUI’s, Assault and Battery cases all the way to Felony Drug cases and Felony Malicious/Unlawful Wounding cases.
